McAllister Park Blue Loop Trail is a 6.7 mile loop hike where you may see beautiful wild flowers located near San Antonio, TX.

I love McAllister Park. This loop is great for families and all skill levels. The gardens are open year round, and feature different seasonal flower assortments. The San Antonio Botanical Gardens has an entrance fee of $10 per adult. The gardens have a small cafe for a quick bite to eat. The gardens feature flowers, ponds, birds, and are an overall wonderful education experience. 

This beautiful bike trail exists in the middle of San Antonio,  and is an offshoot of the Salado Creek Greenway. You can start this trail past the electrical tower at the north end of the greenway. Park your car on Huber Rd (there are plenty of offices and shops you can park at, though you may have to park across the street) and take the ramp switchbacks to get to the greenway.
