This rustic concrete path overlooks the ocean views. As you walk on this path you will come across camera-toting tourists, horse drawn carriages and incredible Charleston architecture. Whether you are running this path just as the sun sets or watching the hustle and bustle of city life in the middle of the day, there is never a time this spot isn't absolutely gorgeous.
Explore Magnolia Plantation and Gardens
There are several different things you can do here. Tour the gardens, boat tour, tram tour, Audubon tour, plantation tour, etc. There is a lot to see and it's a very enchanting place during the spring through summer. View birds nesting and flowers blooming!
Walk around Audubon Swamp
If visiting Magnolia Plantation and Gardens for the day, consider paying the extra $8 admission to walk around the Audubon Swamp Garden. Parking for these gardens is on the way out of Magnolia Plantation on the left side. The trail begins to the left side of the parking area, and you will have to enter the code given to you at the admissions office to open the gate and enter the swamp.
