The New Almaden Trail is a 14.1 mile loop trail in Almaden Quicksilver County Park, perfect for wildlife viewing.

Dogs are allowed on this trail but must be kept on leash! This route is used by trail runners, mountain bikers, birding expeditions, and nature trips. The trail also happens to be a popular geocaching location. 

The trail offers shade, but bring water and sun protection regardless.
