Rowena Crest is an iconic viewpoint that creates a horseshoe curve along the road. This unique shape is one of the most photographed roads in Oregon. It's a very short walk from the parking lot to sweeping views of the surrounding hills, cliffs, and the gorge below.

If youre coming from Portland (or just from the west) on the 84, Hood RIver is a nice little town with lots of awesome spots to eat. Double Mountain Brewery is just one that comes to mind - awesome pizza, beer, and more.
