Dwyer Memorial Park

Spruce Pond is an out-and-back trail that takes you by a lake located near Fabius, New York.

Head 12 miles south on Route 41A along Skaneateles Lake from Skaneateles NY. Make a left onto Appletree Point Road  and go a little more than a half mile to where the intersection of Carver Road is. Three Falls Woods is a loop trail that takes you by a waterfall located near Manlius, New Yorkv.

There are two main sets of trails available for walking/running on. The trails connect across a small road and can be made into about a 4 mile loop if you run some of the interior loops as well. The trails are made of either wood-chips or boardwalks, and hold up to some snow and rain very well. Park at the dead end designated DEC "Fishing Salmon Creek" lot. Casting anywhere on this stretch of stream leading up to Salmon Creek Falls is excellent fishing, especially near the bridge crossing which is in sight from the parking area.Make sure to check spawning seasons for the area online before coming but generally from October-November, you'll see tons of Salmon swimming upstream from Cay...

The Ithaca area is known for waterfalls, this waterfall is maybe lesser known but still a great place to visit and photograph and is easy to reach. Ludlowville Falls is located in a small park called Ludlowville Park.  It is a beautiful and unique waterfall.
