Pj Hoffmaster is a state park in west Michigan that provides stunning views of Lake Michigan. The park has nationally famous sand-dunes and plenty of trails for hiking.

After paying an entrance fee of $7, you can start on any trailhead and follow it to the beach. There is absolutely no light pollution which makes for wonderful night skies. Nationally famous dunes to climb and run down are just part of the fun. This park has a nature center and several picnic shelters. It is fun for the whole family and perfect for a date or just a day hike. There are two campsites starting at $20 and one that requires a permit.
