KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and luxe stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range. This well-equipped cooking space also includes a coffee maker. As dinner simmers, perch at the island bar for two and watch shows on the 55” TV, equipped with Roku.

The table in the dining area seats eight to festive meals.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps eight guests between four bedrooms and a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the sunroom.

The primary suite features a California king bed, armchairs, and direct balcony access. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a deep bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The third bedroom offers two full-size beds. A fourth bedroom holds a queen bed.

The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
