Enjoy movies and games on the 60” flat-screen TV, putting your feet up on the couch or love seat. (The couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa for two guests.) There is a Roku, sizable DVD collection and a Super Nintendo Classic gaming console with 20+ games for your enjoyment. 

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that include a gas range/stove and French-door fridge.

Great for sit-down meals or game nights, the large dining table seats six, plus there’s room for two more at the kitchen bar. Start your day with a cup of coffee out on the balcony with two Adirondack chairs; there’s also a grill for afternoon barbeques.

Two bedrooms sleep five comfortably. Tastefully decorated with rustic touches, the master bedroom features a queen bed and 32” flat-screen TV with Roku. Enjoy the en-suite master bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. 

The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Across the hall, another full bathroom offers a shower with a deep soaking tub.

Keep all your clothes clean with the front load Samsung washer and dryer located in the unit.    

There’s a private one-car garage, with an additional spot in the driveway. More guest parking is available in the shared lot on a first-come, first-served basis. In the entry, you’ll find a bench and boot storage.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
