On the third level, a master bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a 50” TV. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom offers a queen bed, a 30” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room has a king bed, a 40” flat-screen, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In the second townhome, there’s a similarly styled open-concept living space. A sofa and two armchairs await in the sitting area, set before a 50” TV and gas fireplace. A gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee/cocktail bar, and a granite island.
