Tranquility Room

Urban Farm - you will receive free sustainable/organic/natural eggs, fruit, and veggies grown on the 1/4 acre of land around you; no work required from you, but you are welcome to join in the fun. Our chickens are super friendly and you are welcome to hold and pet them anytime.
You get 1 bedroom in a home that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. Your housemate is in her 20's and works as an engineer designing the next best way to make food for commercial applications; she enjoys running, hiking and reading. She owns THE SWEETEST cat you will ever meet! If you are bringing a pet, he/she needs to be comfortable with cats.

Furnished common areas: living room, kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, and sunroom.
The living room features comfy couches, a gorgeous wall of windows that let you look out to the orchard and bring in great light, and a smart tv with Netflix!
Enjoy making meals in the large kitchen stocked with the basics - utensils, plates, pots, and pans... Get pure and delicious water from the reverse osmosis filter tap built-in! There is a microwave, fridge, stove, and a dishwasher to make cleanup easy.
The home is ready. Just arrive and start living!
Free: internet, water, trash/recycling, Netflix. You only pay your portion of the PG&E bill (~$15/mo)

Large fenced-in backyard the whole property shares that were created with dogs in mind. There are tables and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air or have guests over.
Smaller private fenced yard just for your side of the duplex. Your yard is also dog safe and has 2 planter boxes if you would like to start a garden of your own.
We are looking not just for tenants, but for a great fit for the current housemate and our property.
