The Granite Meadow

Wooded, and secluded camping site on a 62 acre shoreline Connecticut Farm, just 20 minutes south of Norwich.
Up in Hills of Stone Field Farm, a large open campsite surrounded by trees and old stone walls where you can commune with the stars and explore 62 private acres, with streams, ponds, farm animals, and rock cliffs to climb. There are over two miles of marked trails to explore on the acreage.
Learn how to be a sustainable farmer, feed the sheep, fish or kayak on the pond, ice skate in the winter, enjoy farm fresh produce, eggs, and meats. Don’t forget to say hi to Ollie, the guardian dog of the farm who keeps the coyotes away. All while being a short Uber from the areas best beaches, restaurants, bar scene, and attractions.
Included with your stay are: 5 gallons of potable water with access to refill, a campfire grate, campfire ring, solar shower, and toilet bucket with bags (or a trowel)! Don’t want to carry your belongings to the campsite in the hills? We have a drive up location down by the barn. Want us to deliver your items uphill? We are happy to do that for a $10 delivery fee at the time of stay (cash, Venmo, or paypal) firewood is available on site for purchase.
