At First Farm Inn bed and breakfast, you are surrounded by gardens, original art, antiques, friendly animals, and comfortable furnishings. Only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, where you have access to all kinds of art, music, theater, restaurants and historical sites.

Both bed and breakfast rooms are furnished with 1870s vintage oak, comfortable seating, TVs, DVD players, WiFi, refrigerators, ceiling fans, floor fans, linens, towels and any toiletries you may have forgotten.

Whether horseback riding is a bucket-list check-off or you’re an experienced rider in need of a horse fix, you’ll enjoy a 2-hour, safety-based ride on a happy, healthy horse. At First Farm Inn, we ride horses year-round, starting in the riding arena until you gain confidence and the ability to communicate with your new equine friend, then walk through the woods, trot over and around the hills, ponds, and pastures.

An all-you-can-eat, hot, healthy breakfast is served each morning. At First Farm Inn, we serve a variety of healthy, homemade bread and coffee cakes, egg dishes, potatoes and fruit “family style.” Breakfast is usually served at 9 a.m. but can be arranged to fit your schedule from 7 to 9:30 a.m.
