This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the ultra-private master suite. This sanctuary has the top floor all to itself, along with a gas fireplace, 32” TV, and sleek desk. Step onto the Juliet balcony for a breath of fresh air. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat outfitted with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The second bedroom is furnished with an adult twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Two guest bathrooms each feature a tub/shower combination (and one has direct access to the outdoor shower).


Enjoy the Pacific breeze in a secluded backyard getaway. Two dining tables seat 12 total, and the outdoor lounge is anchored by a gas firepit. Fire up the natural gas grill and host an evening cookout.

An outdoor shower and surfboard racks add extra convenience.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, board games, six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys.

There is parking for up to three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway.) Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking permits are required for street parking on weekends and holidays during the summer months (two permits will be provided).

Please note that this home has outdoor security cameras facing the deck, porch, driveway, and backyard. Additionally, this rental does not have air-conditioning.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
