About Summit House

Summit House is a nice option to enjoy the simple things in life.

Built in 1972, the building is located in Center Village, 200 yards from the American Eagle Lift by way of Ten Mile Road. It's condos have spacious living rooms with large windows, a small balcony, outdoor covered parking, complimentary Internet and a laundry facility in the building.

Intimate, laid back and unpretentious, Center Village is a kaleidoscope of people watching and activities. Burning Stones Plaza is the main hub for action, entertainment, dining, and shopping. This is the place for you if you want to be in the buzz. Accommodations for any size group or budget are available, all within a short walk to the lifts.

Go ice skating on Center Village's West Lake or cruise down the new Rocky Mountain Coaster.

Terrain & Lift Access

The American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts provide easy access to all levels of terrain. Intermediate and advanced skiers and riders can take to the American Eagle. If you're a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, head to the terrain off the American Flyer lift.
