Located on the fifth floor with one of the best views in the building (looking up the valley at the Tram Face), this corner unit features a significantly larger floorplan than the average suite.

The open-concept floor plan includes two inviting bedrooms - each with a king-sized bed, en-suite bath and flat screen TV.

Along with ski-in/ski-out access to Squaw Valley USA, this stunning resort has an 18-hole championship golf course, two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two private tennis courts, and 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing terrain.

In the winter, go snowshoeing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. In warmer months play the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, discover the resort’s nature trail, enjoy fly-fishing in the stocked trout pound, or rent bikes and cycle along the scenic bike trails.

The Resort at Squaw Creek requires a $40/night resort fee per bedroom paid upon arrival. The Resort also charges $20/night for self-parking and $50/night for valet. This is a private owner's unit and includes departure housekeeping only. Daily maid service or additional linens can be ordered from the front desk for an additional fee.

INSIDE THE CONDO

Big wrap-round windows provide panoramic views of Squaw Valley’s forested mountains in the open-concept living space. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen or hook up your vacation playlist to a Bose sound system.

The open kitchenette features a Wolf stove top, mini-fridge and dishwasher. In between the kitchenette and living room the alpine-themed dining area seats six.

Both bedrooms feature a plush king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Resort at Squaw Creek puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy ski-in, ski-out access to Squaw Valley, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape.

In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning 18-hole championship golf course at the base of Squaw Valley. Or explore the nature trail within the resort, hit the surrounding trails around Squaw Valley's peaks, or hire bikes and enjoy a relaxing ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail - less than 3.5 miles from home. Alpine Meadows offers an idyllic location for guided horseback rides, 13 minutes away.

You’ll find a plethora of restaurants at the resort and nearby village. Sweet Potato's Cafe is just downstairs - open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as in-room dining. Order succulent burgers at Sandy’s Pub or sample New American cuisine at Six Peaks Grille - both located right at the resort. Or hop on the shuttle for a short ride to the main village, there you will find Fireside Pizza Company for some of the best pizza anywhere in the area.Guests must be over the age of 21 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

•No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties. Pet-friendly homes require an additional fee, as follows: 1BR & 2BR properties - $100 pet fee, and 3BR & larger properties - $200 pet fee.
• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
