This is a beautifully renovated 4BR 1800s Victorian (sleeps 7) in the fishing village of South Bristol. Located on a quiet street by the harbor, spend the morning on your blissful wraparound porch or stroll to town for coffee. A charming on-site cottage is also available for larger gatherings.

ABOUT THE RENTAL

You know you've arrived when you see the bright blue front door, a wraparound porch facing the water, and four for chairs for enjoying the view.

Inside, find a beautiful open-concept kitchen and dining area for six. The spacious kitchen features black marble counters, a farmhouse-style sink, 5-burner gas stove and oven, double-door fridge, and a hideaway dishwasher. The living room is located off the kitchen and features hardwood floors, a couch and love seat, 42” flatscreen, and a decorative wood stove surrounded by brick.

A door off the kitchen leads to a small wooden porch and the secluded backyard, where you'll find plenty of seating at two tables and a cozy fire pit to gather around when the sun goes down.

Back inside on the first floor, there's a full bathroom with a unique barn-style door and white wainscot wall detail. A walk-in shower has touches of marble, white tile, and stainless steel. The first floor also has a bedroom furnished with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk. Kids will love the trout painting on blue wood floors.

The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. One features a twin-size bed, and another has a full-size bed. A true treat, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and beautiful views of the water.

Traveling with a larger group? A lovely 1BR cottage is on-site and available to rent in tandem with this home.

Christmas Cove, named for Captain John Smith's anchorage in December of 1614, is a delightful place just a short drive away—there you might catch a few artists at work capturing the natural beauty. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, Pemaquid Beach, and Fort Pemaquid are also a quick car ride away.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
