At home, an enclosed patio offers fantastic entertaining space with a grill, ample seating, and a huge wooden table.

Please note there is ongoing construction next door and noise may be heard during your stay. Hours of operation are 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, for the next several weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Traveling with a larger group? Consider renting the neighboring unit on the property for parties of up to 14.


The sunlit living area features wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light.

Unwind on the sectional and watch movies on the TV with a built-in DVD player. Or break out the provided games and puzzles for some good old-fashioned family fun.


Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A pass-through window to the enclosed patio provides added convenience. Thoughtful touches include a toaster and coffee maker.

When you’re ready to eat, you’ll find the dining table can seat up to eight. The kitchen island offers a seat for one more.


This two-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms, each appointed with hotel-quality linens.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a plush queen bed and a large closet.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. In the guest bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower.

On the first floor, the third guest room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. This room also offers direct access to the downstairs guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.


Slide open the two garage doors on the enclosed patio to create an effortless indoor/outdoor flow. Relax on the outdoor sofa or two cushioned chairs while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. Then enjoy your barbecue at the large outdoor table that can seat up to 10.

An outdoor deck also overlooks the fenced backyard.


This dog-friendly home includes complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available for up to two cars in the shared parking area. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: The adjoining back unit can be rented separately and may be occupied during your stay. The back unit is accessed by walking along the side yard the front unit.


This home is ideally located in the heart of Manzanita; feel free to park your car for the duration of your stay and explore on foot!

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
