Walk across the street to enjoy the Waikoloa Village tennis courts, pro shop, and the restaurant and bar. Drive just 9 Miles to Waikoloa Beach.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the spacious open living area, outfitted with contemporary furnishings and decor as well as vaulted ceilings and windows. Unwind on the sleeper sofa and watch a movie on the 55” flat-screen TV. There’s also a desk with a built-in 32” monitor.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen, replete with granite countertops and custom Hawaiian Mango and African Mahogany cabinets, contains everything you need to create your favorite culinary delights. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher and electric range.

When it’s time to eat, there’s room for two at the kitchen counter and four at the dining room table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-level condo sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find peace and quiet in the tranquil master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second guest room is furnished with a queen bed and desk, and includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Please note, this bedroom and bathroom have very low ceilings (under 6’).

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spacious and private, the second-floor balcony overlooks the 6th hole of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course and features stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Relax on a sectional that seats five or dine in the open air at a table for four.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
