The 3,078 square foot floor plan includes two living spaces and a reading loft, plus an airy kitchen outfitted with pristine stainless steel appliances. The master suite is a serene retreat with a spa-like bathroom.

Downtown Breckenridge is within a short drive, and some of Colorado’s best ski resorts are easily accessible.


Tongue and groove vaulted ceilings soar in the Great Room, where a gas fireplace with stone surround sits center stage. Kick back in two cozy armchairs or a plush sectional and watch a movie on the 65” TV.

A second living area is stylish social area outfitted with a gas fireplace, 55” flat-screen TV, a foosball table, and a sectional which converts to a sleeper. Find a quiet reading space in the third-floor loft, a sunny spot furnished with two armchairs.


Discover a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. A roomy side-by-side fridge and plenty of helpful gadgets make it easy to fix favorite meals. Four can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar.

When it’s time to eat, gather at a wooden table for up to 10.


This three-story home sleeps up to 13 guests between the four suites and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living room.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the master bedroom. This serene sanctuary has a 30” TV and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks.

The second features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A king bed with two twin trundles as well as a tub/shower combination can be found in the peaceful third suite.

Comfort awaits in the fourth suite, where there’s a queen bed, 35” flat-screen, and a desk. The bathroom features another sparkling tub/shower combination.

A half bath on the main floor provides added convenience.


Greet the day with a cup of fresh coffee on the expansive covered deck, where there’s plenty of seating to kick back. Or take in the fresh air on a balcony off the kitchen.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
