Located in the Luau at Sandestin®, this two-bedroom lock-off condo consists of a one-bedroom unit and a studio unit joined together through one main entry door. Abundant resort amenities include a heated 4,000 s/f saltwater lagoon pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, grill pavilion, and a seasonal poolside tiki bar.

The Polynesian-inspired resort grounds boast a magnificent location with direct beach access and expansive views from a rooftop sunset deck.


Kick back on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room of the one-bedroom unit and watch a movie on the 38” TV with DVD player. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.


The well-equipped kitchen in one-bedroom unit features granite countertops and all-black appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar for two. Gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table for six.

The kitchenette in the studio features a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining nook with seating for two.


The two units sleep five total (with two beds and a sleeper sofa). Two full and one half-bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The one-bedroom unit has a king-size bed, 32” TV, and a closet. An en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination and a half-bath provides added convenience.

The studio has a king-size bed and a 40” TV. A twin-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
