Located right on the picturesque Mallard Lagoon on Big Bear Lake, this home features views of the lagoon and its own private dock. Even better, you’re located just a mile from the center of town and multiple ski resorts!


Offering lagoon views, ample natural light, and a wood-burning fireplace, the Great Room is an inviting space in which to kick back and relax. Get comfortable on the sleeper sofa and watch a movie on the 45” smart TV. (YouTubeTV, Hulu, Roku, HBOMax, and Blu-ray players are provided.) The wood furniture, walls, and details make the home feel even warmer and more welcoming.

A second living area features a sleeper sofa, a 42” smart TV, and another wood-burning fireplace. A pool table that doubles as a ping-pong table offers hours of family fun, while a second refrigerator provides added convenience.


Create delectable meals in the gorgeous well-appointed kitchen, equipped with an array of helpful gadgets, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and beautiful wood cabinets.

Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, gather at the 10-person table.

A kitchenette in the second living area provides a refrigerator and sink.


The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed and a twin daybed. The master bathroom offers a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Find comfort in the third bedroom, which offers a king bed.

The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, while the third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The fifth bedroom provides a king-size bed.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
