Families will love this adorable condo, which includes a hallway bunk bed nook and a sleeper sofa in the living room -- both perfect for kids.

The welcoming living area features a 42” flat screen TV and plenty of seating, including a full-size sleeper sofa.

With one bedroom, a bunk bed nook, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the condo sleeps six comfortably.

The master suite has a queen bed, a 65” flat screen TV, and a closet. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hallway provide a fun spot for kids to play and sleep, decorated with cute tropical bedding. The adjacent full guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.


From sunrise to sunset, the views from the private balcony can’t be beat! Dine al fresco at the four-person patio table with the beach as your backdrop.


As part of The Dunes community, guests have full access to excellent amenities. Take a dip in the swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, relax in the indoor hot tub, or kick back on loungers around the outdoor pool. Take the dedicated sidewalk or golf cart path to a wide, uncrowded beach.

Other amenities include a grilling and picnic area, exercise room, horseshoe pit, and elevators to easily access your sixth floor unit.

Parking for one vehicle is available in the open lot with a $45 parking pass (paid for and picked up at registration).

The condo also has a washer/dryer and convenient hangers in the entry for your beach towels and belongings.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
