Inside, vaulted ceilings, elegant finishes, and two gas fireplaces (including one in the master suite) add to the warm ambience of your luxury chalet. With a generous 3,350 square-foot floor plan and multiple living spaces -- including a separate lower-level studio -- this rental is perfect for groups of 12 or less.

The home’s prime location puts you just across from the shuttle stop, only 5 minutes to Vail Mountain, and 15 minutes to Beaver Creek.


The inviting living room offers two leather sofas and a plush armchair. Gather in front of the fireplace and sip hot cocoa while watching a movie on the 42” TV.

The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wine fridge. The chef in your group will appreciate the high-end appliances -- including a Viking gas range. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table or at the island that seats three. In the morning, an espresso machine is on hand to help get your day started.

Make a light meal in the kitchenette and gather at the table in the separate lower-level studio apartment. Relax on the sofa and futon and watch shows on the 32” TV. An adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. The bedroom features a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The main-floor master bedroom boasts a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a double-sided gas fireplace (which also faces into the bathroom). An en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy the gas fireplace as you soak in the tub.

The nearby guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a door to the half bathroom (also accessible from the hall.) On the top floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination, and another with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and two laundry areas. Two vehicles can park in the garage, and three more can park in the driveway.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
