It’s the perfect home base for your Santa Barbara adventures -- just 45 minutes to wine country, and close to The Funk Zone, Santa Barbara's hip arts and dining district.

Watch the sunset from your rooftop or dine alfresco on the spacious second-floor deck. Have fun cooking for the group in one of the home’s two colorful kitchens.

Please note: This rental includes all three floors of this property. (When not rented collectively, two floors are available for rent separately.)


The open-concept main living/dining area offers seating for five and a TV. A second living room with views through floor-to-ceiling windows is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, comfy chair, and a TV.


Both sun-filled kitchens provide all you need to craft home-cooked meals. The extra kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals, or for parties traveling with multiple families.

The main kitchen includes a double sink, five-burner stove, and expansive counter space. While dinner simmers, have a drink at the bar with seating for four. Two separate dining areas offer seating for 10 total.

The second kitchen also has a full suite of appliances.


Downstairs, one bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and sink with gorgeous courtyard views, while another bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, sink, and coffee maker. These rooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A second-floor bedroom has a queen bed; a bathroom with a walk-in shower is across the hall.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

A full bathroom on the rooftop has an outdoor shower.


Spend sun-drenched afternoons in the expansive courtyard with seating for 10, or head upstairs to the second-floor patio with seating for 15.

Gather on the rooftop patio to enjoy 360-degree views of the Riviera and historic Santa Barbara Mission. A rooftop bathroom provides added convenience.

The second-floor patio has a grill and seating for two. For a more intimate open-air spot, step onto the primary bedroom’s balcony.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
