A fully furnished house on an active working farm where the donkeys, goats, chickens, cows, and dogs set the schedule. Whether you are on the way to a new destination or need a chance to get away, enjoy the peace and quiet in rural Iowa
This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home provides you with all the comfort of a fully furnished house while you are here! A chicken coop (we have 2) is located right out the back door and you are surrounded by mini donkeys, goats, farm fields and quiet. We have over 700 acres with three stocked fishing ponds. Various walking trails are available for you to enjoy as well.
Located at the end of a dead end road, traffic is minimal but we are easy to get too.
Dog Day Acres Land & Cattle Company runs registered Red Angus and Belted Galloway seed stock herds (we provide other producers with their stock). We also have a large hay production operation and row crops. The mini donkeys, goats and chickens provide fun and enjoyment for us as well as our visitors.
