Dock is accessible via deck stairway (protected by iron railing and latching gate to protect little ones).

Your single-story rental boasts 2,364 square-feet of gorgeous living space with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and wall-to-wall windows showcasing expansive views of the valley and sprawling deck with a gazebo, firepit, dining table, and hammock. A large, fenced yard is great for kids!

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and an island with seating for four -- perfect for chatting with the chef! Gather for a feast paired with Hill Country views at the eight-person dining table.

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table on the deck, or set a charcuterie board on the gazebo bartop overlooking the cliff-side of the river. Savor a drink at sunset under the string lights; it's extremely peaceful and beautiful in Hill Country.

The master suite is a crown jewel with a king bed, TV, and wraparound views of the valley through floor-to-ceiling windows. The en-suite bath has a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

An equally indulgent second bedroom with shared en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a king bed and bluff/valley views. The third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and daybed with a twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, work desk, and TV. Both guest baths feature luxurious walk-in showers.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
