Located at the Old Yacht Club Inn, this unit offers a secluded setting at the rear of the property. Enjoy quiet afternoons on a private patio, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining set. Or claim one of the outdoor chairs or dining tables in the sunny communal area.


In the foyer, you can recline on a custom twin-size daybed that can be used as a bench or comfortable sleeping area. A desk area offers a convenient spot to check email.


Contemporary and well-equipped, the full kitchen features everything needed to cook easy lunches and hearty evening meals. A range of stainless steel appliances includes a gas stove.

A dining table in the kitchen offers seating for two.


The elegantly furnished bedroom boasts a California king bed, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a flat-screen TV, and its own cozy gas fireplace.

A chic en-suite bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.


Your rental has its own private patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining set. After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in your private outdoor shower.

Guests also have access to a sunny communal outdoor area with two dining tables, outdoor seating, and a barbeque grill.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a reserved parking space for one vehicle in the parking area located next to the cottage. Additional first-come, first-serve street parking may be available.

This unit is not equipped with air-conditioning. The laundry room attached to the cottage is not available for guest use.

This unit is part of an older home, so guests may hear noises from adjacent units. Please note that several other units are available in the same property for rent to accommodate a group. Inquire if you need to sleep more than four people.

This prime beachside locale is near the 101 freeway and half a block from the Amtrak rails; passing trains may occasionally be heard (all Santa Barbara beachfront properties share this feature). If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, we recommend using the earplugs provided in each unit. While the noise doesn’t bother most guests, we like to be transparent so there are no surprises.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
