With two living rooms and bedrooms on every floor, this is a perfect spot for a big group with kids. For a day on the shore, you’re less than 2 miles from the beach.

ABOUT THE HOME

Inside you’ll find cool tile floors and vibrant colors. The second-floor main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a 55” flat screen TV. Choose from the games and card decks provided and gather on the sofa and armchairs for an evening of laughs.

On the third-floor you’ll find a lofted second living area with sofa, three chairs, a gas fireplace, and a stereo system. Let the kids hang out together while the adults chat downstairs.

With big groups come big meals, and the second-floor kitchen is spacious enough to get the job done. You’ll find everything you need to make the perfect vacation treats, including an ice maker to keep your drinks cold. When it’s time to eat, find a spot at the three-seat bar, or gather at two round dining tables—each with seating for four.

Your covered patio includes a BBQ and two dining tables. Or relax on the second-floor balcony with another dining table and covered seating area. A bar with passthrough window to the kitchen makes refilling your drink a snap.

For even more outdoor fun, cast a line off the private dock or take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool.

The third-floor master suite is quiet retreat, complete with a king bed, seating area, and a private balcony. Enjoy fantastic water views as the sun sets. The en-suite bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower, a separate water closet with bidet, and jetted soaking tub.

Two guest rooms are located on the second floor. One has a king bed, a door to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

On the first floor you’ll find a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds—a perfect spot for the kids. An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combination is located off the lower level patio.

Extra perks at this home include complimentary Wi-Fi, a laundry room with an extra refrigerator, and parking for four vehicles in the driveway.

THE LOCATION

For a day on the shore, you’re less than 2 miles from the beach, and Galveston Island State Park is a 10-minute drive.

Enjoy a seafood meal right on the water at Waterman’s Restaurant (4 miles). For a casual lunch near the beach, visit Blue Water Grill & Ignoble Pizzeria (2 miles).

The shops and restaurants of the Strand Historic District are just a half-hour drive. Try Brews Brothers, a stylish taproom with American fare; then enjoy an ice cream cone at La King’s Confectionary and explore Saengerfest Park.

Adventurers will want to check out Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark and Moody Gardens, which features an aquarium, zip line, and paddleboats. Both are a 20-minute drive away.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
