The Paradise Meadow Trail is an out and back trail in Lassen Volcanic National Park. The trail goes through beautiful forests, and the end view is a rewarding meadow with glorious streams and a view of far-off peaks.
The Paradise Meadow Trail is both beautiful and peaceful, a paradise for hikers and trail runners. Keep your eyes peeled for mule deer and other fascinating wildlife. Bring a snack or a lunch - there are plenty of nice logs in the meadow to take a break on.
Early in the season, you may want to consider bringing snowshoes, crampons or trekking poles to help cross sections of the trail that be still have snow.
