William Kent Campground is a Tahoe gem: secluded sites, quick beach access, and gorgeous trees.
William Kent Campground is a few miles south of Tahoe City on Lake Tahoe's western shore. Access to the lake is just a short walk from the campground. The campground provides bathrooms, campfire rings, a trash dump station, firewood vendor, grills, picnic tables, and food storage lockers. Pets are allowed, but there is a maximum of 2 animals per campsite. You can reserve your campsite ahead of time here.
There are a host of activity options to explore: bike and kayak rentals, boating, educational programs, fishing, gold, sailing, swimming, and miles of trails to hike and run.
