Lake Shawnee Trail is a 6.8 mile loop hike in southeast Topeka, Kansas. This is a paved trail (wheelchair accessible) and a great spot for going for a stroll or heading out on a run. This trail is accessible year round and is family friendly. There is not a lot of shade coverage on the trail, so pack appropriately. 

Dogs are allowed on the trail, but must be kept on leash. 

Note: There are trash cans along the trail, so please dispose of any items that you brought with you properly.
