Work from home offers more opportunities to squeeze in quick fitness than might not be appropriate for an office setting. Likewise, research tells us that those who get up on an hourly basis—even if it's just to walk up a flight of steps—have better fitness outcomes than those who don’t.

Bottom line: Every little bit helps, whether it’s a full workout or five to ten minutes when your schedule allows.

This week, Kirsten has two workouts on tap: a full sweat session that takes about 20 minutes and a quick core hit that takes just around 5 minutes. They're perfect for professionals who need to break up long periods of working in a seated position, and I’d challenge you to set that Pomodoro timer to repeat workouts every hour or so.
