Description

Added by William Santoro

After a long car ride from Reykjavik you end up at a breathtaking glacial lagoon where gigantic pieces of ice have broken away from the glacier. The lagoon feeds into the ocean when you can see volcanic black sand beaches.

Starting on an early morning car ride, you come to the Atlantic ocean and the Glacier Lagoon with Mountains sprouting up everywhere. When you get there you can walk around the beaches of the ocean and the lagoon or if you are lucky watch seals swimming and hunting for food. It is super windy here so makes sure to pack accordingly! You will not regret the breathtaking views of the ice, mountains, and water!
