After a night of tent camping, this was a great morning hike! I am from Florida so the elevation was slightly difficult, but it was a good challenge.
Approximately 6 miles, out-and-back route, through lightly forested mountain paths, aspen views, sharp curves in the trail, and a steep staircase on the way up to the summit. If you have a hard time keeping your balance or need to take weight off your knees, I definitely suggest using trekking poles.
