A Story of Passions, Family, and Art: Golden Hours

Art, the outdoors, and common thread can bring us together more than we could have imagined.

By: Christin Healey + Save to a List

A few months ago, my little sister Rae made a video on my photography journey for her senior project at UVa. When she asked me, I was flattered of course, but I had no idea the end result would move me so deeply, or that she would so eloquently capture the feelings and passion that I struggle to put into words and express.

This is a reflection of her talent, my obsessions, and a lesson that families don't have to be traditional or perfect to work. Art, the outdoors, and common thread can bring us together more than we could have imagined.
