The French Trail, Tres Sendas, and Stream Trail Loop in Oakland, California is a moderately challenging hiking trail. Spanning approximately 2.39 miles, this loop trail offers a variety of terrain and natural features. The trail is known for its dense redwood forest, which provides ample shade for hikers. The trail also features a stream, which can be crossed via several small bridges. The French Trail portion of the loop is particularly steep, with several switchbacks and uneven terrain.
