Hey, I'm Max. Norway is one of my favorite places, and this trip is my favorite one to lead. I'll make sure you get exactly what you want out of this trip. Day 1: Arrive in Harstad

Summary:
Meet your guide in Harstad where we will set personal photo goals for the trip, go over gear prep, & daily expectations.

Activity:
Sunset hike in Harstad

Afternoon:
Pick-up from Harstad/Narvik airport. Lunch with the full group going over individual photo goals and expectations.

Evening:
Welcome drink & an early night sleep, for early rise and drive.

Overnight:
Group Airbnb in Harstad.

Day 2: Ferrying to Lofoten

Summary:
Heading out to the Lofoten Islands, ending at Henningsvaer village.

Photo Spot:
Snow-capped winding roads and beautiful tunnels

Activity:
Early morning drive out to the Lofoten islands, sunset photos in classic Norwegian fishing village.

Morning:
Early morning wake up to get on the road.

Afternoon:
Continue our drive to Henningsvaer, with stops for food and photos along the way.

Evening:
Sunset shots at Henningsvaer village, dinner, & our first editing tutorial

Overnight:
Airbnb in Henningsvaer village

Day 3: Classic Norwegian Fishing Villages

Summary:
Mid-Island adventure with sunrise shooting, bridge adventures, & fjord explorations

Photo Spot:
Henningsvear, Norwegian fishing village, and surrounding mountains.

Activity:
Light hikes, set up photo locations, & sunrise and sun set shots around the villages and island.

Morning:
Early morning breakfast at a beautiful little cafe in the center of town, offering traditional Norwegian dishes. Then we'll shoot sunrise on a hike near Henningsvear, overlooking the fishing village.

Afternoon:
Lunch on the road as well drive down to Stamsund & Ballstad shooting golden hour light.

Evening:
Back to Henningsvear for editing workshop and dinner before going out late for Northern Light shooting.

Day 4: Ramberg Bay & Kvalvika Beach

Summary:
With an early morning rise onto this beautiful and protected bay we will be able to explore around the mid island finding churches with mountain backdrops, sandy beaches and the bluest water ever

Photo Spot:
Ramberg Bay in the golden light is life changing with it being a short drive to iconic bridges and the Kvalvika Beach.

Activity:
A hike out to Kvalvika beach on the west side of Ramberg.

Morning:
Early morning drive out to Ramberg village to shoot sunrise at Skagsanden beach.

Afternoon:
Arrival at Fredvang Bridge where we will fly drones, set up at different section of the bridge before heading over to and hiking to Kvalvika beach.

Evening:
Return to Ramberg and check into our Airbnb/hotel, editing & social media tutorial before dinner. Dinner is at the iconic Ramberg Gjestegard restaurant.

Day 5: Reine & Astrophotography

Summary:
Day 5 will be our busiest and most rewarding day with the day focused around Reine and the beautiful bay that put Lofoten Island on the map.

Photo Spot:
Reine fishing village is legendary for the beautiful islands and surrounding mountains!

Activity:
Drone flights and island hoping will be the key for this days adventure.

Morning:
Sunrise shoot in Ramberg bay before driving down to the Iconic Reine fishing village.

Afternoon:
Will be spent shooting and fly drones around the Reine area focusing on Hamnoy village.

Evening:
Dinner at Ramberg before Star/Northern light hunting around Reine village.

Overnight:
Airbnb/hostel in Ramberg

Day 6: Hiking the Ice Lakes

Summary:
Our last full day will be dedicated to exploring the southern tip of the Lofoten Islands, going on hikes and finding beautiful Ice lakes to shoot and explore.

Photo Spot:
The town of A and southern tip of Lofoten is a wash with beautiful scenery and hikes.

Activity:
Hikes up the fjords and out to a frozen lake.

Morning:
Morning edit session and breakfast before driving south towards A.

Afternoon:
Afternoon hike around the town of A and out toward Lofoten Waterfall.

Evening:
Last night of Star/Northern light hunting around the southern point of Lofoten

Overnight:
Airbnb/hostel in A

Day 7: Last Adventures & Farewell Dinner

Summary:
Sunrise shoot before driving back to Narvik for the last night.

Photo Spot:
Ramberg Bay, surrounded by snow capped mountains & Classic Norwegian fishing village.

Activity:
Sunrise photo mission in Ramberg before driving to back to Narvik.

Morning:
Early morning photo mission in the Ramberg bay.

Afternoon:
Drive back to Narvik, stopping for lunch and making time for editing along the way.

Evening:
Group dinner & photo sharing of everyone top 10 images.

Overnight:
Final Airbnb in Narvik

Day 8: Flights Home
Summary:
Flights back home first thing in the morning.

Morning:
Catch your flight back home. Bye, Max!
