Private Waterside Retreat
A spectacular waterfront campsite nestled in the quiet woods of coastal Maine.
About a mile in on an old camp road, is our own little private oasis. Vehicles with good ground clearance are necessary, as the road is a bit rough, we are more than happy to bring you in with our Yukon if needed.
Enjoy fantastic swimming, fishing, and canoeing, or just relax on the dock with an ice-cold drink.
Explore the quaint coastal towns within 20 minutes for shopping, excellent food, farmers' markets, flea markets, or take a tour of the many local breweries and wineries. Then, come back to campsite and enjoy the sun setting over the water while you sit by the fire indulging on s'mores and hot chocolate.
We have a shower tent for privacy and an outdoor kitchen area with a sink and hand pump for washing. There is also a large picnic table with plenty of extra seating for all of your guests.
We include a bundle of firewood for each night, various games, coloring books, drawing pad, plenty of chairs and a couple of hammocks. Pour-overs with filters for coffee (bring your favorite beans), Roasting sticks for marshmallows and hotdogs. We also have a cooler that you can keep your drinks nice and cold in, but we ask that you don't keep food in it so as not to create an odor for the next campers.
