Secret meadow nestled within the countryside

Tentrr connects adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.

Additional Info & Amenities

Set in a private meadow surrounded by woods in the heart of 70 acres, you will have plenty of woods and fields to explore. You will find maple sap lines used to make maple syrup running to many trees in a lower portion of the property. Maple trees, nicknamed “sugar bushes” in the old days, are where this property and campsite derives its name. There is a small pond for kids to fish and play and a stream at the very bottom of the property beneath the pine trees. Enjoy plenty of wildlife, crystal clear star-filled skies, and the most beautiful sunsets at your campsite. It is secluded, yet just minutes away from the beautiful, historic, and bustling town of Honesdale. And, just a few minutes away are the famous Lake Wallenpaupack and the town of Hawley. Suggestions are endless should you wish to venture away from your camp! Last but not least, you might get to see some goats!
