I just hiked a couple days in the wilderness area. The trail is longer than the review states, about 42 miles. There is plenty info at the ranger station in Wiggins. The trail is well marked, shady and easy low hills. I didn't see any wildlife, or people. It's beautiful, but prepare for mosquitos. I'd hike this before it gets too hot.
