An amazing view and very easy to get to. Take a memorable photograph of the entire valley with this very family friendly spot.

Tunnel View is one of the most famous views of Yosemite Valley. From here you can see El Capitan and Bridalveil Falls, with Half Dome in the background.

This viewpoint is at the east end of the Wawona Tunnel along the Wawona Road (Highway 41). Definitely a spot to stop at and take in the amazing Yosemite Valley View.

Best times are sunrise and sunset for the best lighting. Be prepared for other hikers and tourists. There are usually quite a few people photographing and visiting this fantastic view point. The wildlife is very friendly to people being that they are so used to all of the people everyday.
