Antelope Flats is one of the most epic locations in the American West. You have views of the entire Teton Range and there is abundant wildlife. Access is easy throughout most of the year and makes for a great drive anytime of day.

From Jackson drive north on Hwy 189. After you pass Moose Junction (which is the entrance ot Grand Teton NP) you will see Blacktail Butte on your left. Drive a bit further and just beyond the butte you will see a right hand turn which is Antelope Flats Rd. Turn here and continue driving.

After several miles you will come to a junction with several structures on your left and a dirt road to your right. The structures on the left are part of the famous Momon Row barns. If you take the dirt road another mile you will find the TA Moulton Barn, perhaps one of the most famous barns in the world.

The Antelope Flats main road can be linked up to the Gros Ventre-Kelly Rd for a big loop. This will take you through to small town of Kelly and along the Gros Ventre River. A great way to spot Moose, Bison, Antelope and much more. Its a photographer's dream!

Take a Sunrise Drive around Antelope Flats Reviews

This is a wonderful way to see the majestic Wyoming landscape. You'll have far-reaching views of the Grand Teton mountain range, and sunset here is spectacular. Lots of opportunity for spotting wildlife too!

Not complaining at all, this place is amazing. But all the photos and media I've seen of this location I guess my expectations were set a little high. Glad I was finally able to visit the area, however don't imagine going out of my way to revisit (social media seems to keep me up to date on the area). The light play on the mountains in the morning is worth waking up for.

Antelope Flats is such a pretty place and when the sunlight first hits the Grand Teton and then barn, it's an amazing sight. Definitely recommend catching a sunrise here.
