As an Oregonian, it's nice to see the gorge from the Washington side looking over at Oregon so this was a unique hike. When I went it was winter, hence the snow. So depending on when you go, prepare yourself accordingly. It is an out and back trail and there is a nice spot just past halfway up with an open view. This hike is no walk in the park, especially in the snow so be ready for a tough trek.

Lower Starvation Ridge Loop

Starvation Creek Falls is an impressive 190 ft. waterfall just a few feet from the parking lot. If you don't know it's there, you'll miss it. Starvation Creek Falls

The Starvation Creek Falls drops 141ft down into a naturally formed bowl, cascading past a wooded picnic area and onto the Columbia River.
