Ive been all over the US, This by far is one of the most beautiful place i've ever been to.
I once saw a picture of this place a long time ago. It inspired me and motivated me to at least visit once in my lifetime. I hope i can do the same with my pictures for anyone else.
The hike itself was a breeze, not that much elevation gain, and the trail was quite nice. The ice caves was actually pretty low to the ground. My friends and i had to crouch and walk. (Mind you its different every year) At the end of the caves is a waterfall. I didn't get to it as it is pretty intimidating once you go in. I very much regret not going to the end. So to those that make it, Kudos! Hike is about 1 mile in and 1 mile back.
