Starting in the outskirts of Narrows VA, the Mill Creek Trail winds its way along Mill Creek passing several waterfalls and other possible trail options.

To get to the trailhead from 460, take the exit for Narrows and almost immediately turn left on to main street then take your second right onto north view street and follow that all the way to its end and there will be parking on the left.
