Highland, United Kingdom

Photograph the "wildlife" of the north-central Scottish Highlands. The drive from Tongue to Lairg on A836 is full of breathtaking scenery, with lochs, mountains, stone cottages and bridges, and of course, sheep. Spring is fantastic, as the new lambs are out grazing and the days are nice and long.
Camping here is phenomenal, plentiful, and free! Scotland recently passed a law that legalizes free camping just about everywhere you go, public or private land. This is a phenomenal part of the country to explore!
