This 8 day eastern tour aboard the catamaran Archipel II cruises along the
oldest islands in the Galapagos. Visit the sea bird colonies of popular North
Seymour as well as around Santiago Island, where Charles Darwin spent most of
his time in the archipelago. From the spectacular volcano islet of Bartolomé
you can enjoy the famous postcard view and you will certainly be impressed by
the creative forces and fascinating pioneer species. Another unique highlight
on this itinerary is the Fur seal grottos at Puerto Egas. Visit three of the
four inhabited islands of the archipelago, featuring their intriguing
colonization history: San Cristobal, Floreana and Santa Cruz. Visit the
lively colonies of famous Espanola and the exclusive Pitt Point with its
red-footed boobies.
