Enjoy patches of shade on this trail, walk to a little waterfall, and if you're lucky you'll spot an armadillo.

Park at the Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve (see map) to access the trail. Good for families or to visit alone.

Austin Standard

This trail is your standard trail in Central Austin. It’s rocky and you have cacti and there are hills and a small waterfall. It won’t necessarily wow you, but it’s not a total bore.
