This was tough for my grandma (75 & active) on the knees, but worth it. A little rainy when we went which made switchbacks slippery so be mindful of your shoes - lots of tourists wearing the wrong gear. A beautiful view though!

A nice day hike, very easy in hiking boots.

My grandma and I tackled this one together. It became one of my all time favorite hikes I've ever done. Scrambles aren't too tough if you take your time. Hiking poles definitely recommended. We met a lot of kind people along this trail.

My grandma and I did this together and it was tough but very worth it. Two hiking poles and good boots (and no fear of heights) absolutely necessary.

Great overall hike, trail easy to follow and waterfall views were awesome

Oh man this one was tough - definitely my summer brag. But the view was incredible, even in early March!

Great hike to do during the fall to take advantage of the 360 views!

An all time fav of Pisgah!

Leisure hike to some really cool hidden spots. Slippery when near falls so just be safe and smart!

First half of the hike up is challenging but worth it for the views!

One of the more challenging hikes I've done over the years. But definitely worth the view at the top. Saw a black bear on our way up close to the trail so be aware of your surroundings!

Good, short hike for all abilities. Falls are gorgeous and great to take a dip in during the summer. Recommend good shoes for this hike, rocks are slippery even during the dry season.

Loved doing this hike. The way back up from the main falls was challenging in elevation but a great workout and overall fun hike!

Trail is good for all types of hikers and abilities. You're under tree cover a lot of the hike so it makes for good weather most of the time!
