See some of the most ancient stone-built churches in Sweden. The history and beauty combine to leave an incredible impression of the medieval life centered in this small town.

Scattered throughout Sigtuna are remnants of the Viking age and Medieval times. Rune stones scatter the town and the church ruins stand boldly against the years. So much of old Swedish culture is embedded in this area. Explore it for yourself and uncover an almost hidden page of world history. Start at Sankt Olofs Kyrkoruin. After done exploring it, head southwest on Prästgatan, the street just south of the ruins. By following that road, you will find Sankt Lars Kyrkoruin on your left and Sankt Pers Kyrkoruin at the end of the road straight ahead and a little to the right.
